Your wishes are paramount. If you have a clear
change agenda we will work to it, if you haven't we will advise you. If you have a chosen
set of methodologies we will use them, if not we will advise on an appropriate method. We
do not push any particular methodology, unless of course you want us to!
You choose the way we conduct the work
In your order of preference we will: a) Just Do
it!; b) Coach someone else to do it; c) Teach someone else to do it; d) Review or

We work to simple, no nonsense proposals
All our proposals are based on an initial fact find
(which may be face to face or by phone). Our proposals are almost always short letters
covering 'Your Position' and 'Our Proposition'. We work to straightforward Time &
Materials terms or, where appropriate, a Shared Risk/Reward basis.
