toolsets. We will always aim to give you pragmatic common sense solutions to your
particular change needs.
If you do need a method we can suggest and implement one, we have
specialists accredited in most of the standard methodologies around including Prince2,
APM, MSP, ITIL, SSADM, and DSDM.
If you have a methodology or toolset we will use it, if you don't need
one we will not suggest one.
If the need for enhancements or additions to your company's change
methods does arise then, amongst other possibilities, we would look to some of our friends
in the industry for possible help.
